Intensive one-year course focused on developing the student's art practice. Multi-disciplinary work, thesis and final show dedicated to the politics of Malay mysticism. 
Recipient of Erna Plachte Scholarship Award from The Ruskin School of Art, Oxford University.

Intense postgraduate training in drawing and painting. Recipient of Dean's Merit Scholarship Award.

Khabar dan Angin Group Exhibition 2015

ARTIST

Artists were selected to explore the religious politics of Kelantan, Malaysia's most conservative state. The exhibition was held at the National Visual Arts Gallery, Kuala Lumpur.

Ilham Contemporary Forum 2017

CURATOR

An experimental exhibition inviting curators from various backgrounds to explore the idea of 'contemporary' or what is contemporaneous in Malaysia.

POLLINATION 2019

CURATOR

Currently ongoing. Representing Malaysia, selected for year-long cross-cultural curatorial project focusing on Vietnam and Malaysia. Co-developed and co-sponsored by SAM Fund of Arts and Ecology (Indonesia) and The Factory Contemporary Arts Center (Vietnam).

PANELIST

Explored Althusser's compatibility or value in Green Marxism. The public symposium was lead by Dr.Tim Rackett of HELP University and organized by Projek Dialog.

'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them' Art for Grabs 2017 Public Forum

PANELIST

Discussion on the state of human-animal relationships in Malaysia. The public forum looked at the role of philosophy, psychology and the arts to push dialogues for conservation in Malaysia.

'A Brief History of Elephants in Malaya', 2017

PRESENTER

Knowledge-sharing session, invited by The Management and Ecology of Malaysian Elephants (MEME) to share the latest developments of independent study with elephant conservationists.

Animal Remains Conference, Sheffield University 2019

PRESENTER

A presentation this coming April 2019 based on abstract regarding the Teluk Anson Train-Elephant Collision of 1894. Re-reading archive through animal remains after the Material Turn. Recipient of University of Sheffield Animal Studies Research Centre (ShARC) Travel Award.
